Our Story
Firewall Saints started with a simple realization: companies have entire teams protecting their systems, while most families and small businesses have a Wi-Fi router and a hopeful attitude.
Apocalipsis and Michel Pujols spent their careers building, managing, securing, and supporting technology where reliability and security matter. Then they became parents and business owners themselves, and saw how different it feels when you're the one responsible for protecting everything at home and at work.
Technology gets messy fast. Risks aren't always obvious. Everyone is trying to keep up, and too often, people are left figuring it out on their own.
So they built Firewall Saints to bring enterprise-level expertise, clarity, and protection into everyday life, in a way that's practical, approachable, and actually works.
Because behind every device, network, account, and business are people, and you shouldn't have to figure it all out alone.
MEET THE FOUNDERS
APOCALIPSIS “APO” PUJOLS | Founder & CEO
Apo brings more than 15 years of experience across technology, cybersecurity, operations, and organizational leadership. Before founding Firewall Saints, she served as Associate Director of IT at Valo Health, leading enterprise technology operations supporting employees across the U.S. and internationally.
Her experience spans IT infrastructure and operations, identity and endpoint security, systems implementation, technology governance, and SOX and SOC 1 controls. She has led major technology migrations and infrastructure buildouts, supported acquisition integration, managed cross-functional teams, and overseen a multi-million-dollar annual IT budget.
Throughout her career, Apo has gravitated toward complicated problems that need structure, whether that means building an IT operation, untangling a process, managing risk, or helping people navigate change. At Firewall Saints, she brings that same approach to making complex technology and digital risk easier for families and small businesses to understand, prioritize, and act on.

MICHEL PUJOLS | Co-Founder & COO
Michel is an IT and infrastructure professional with 10 years of experience spanning data center engineering, systems administration, network operations, cybersecurity, and technical support.
As a Data Center Engineer, Michel supports hardware, virtualization, and infrastructure environments across VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix technologies. His broader experience includes Windows and macOS administration, networking, cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, endpoint management, security and compliance monitoring, backups, and technical troubleshooting.
Michel's technical instincts started long before his IT career, working on cars and learning to diagnose interconnected systems from the inside out. At Firewall Saints, he brings that same hands-on, methodical approach to helping families and small businesses build technology that is secure, reliable, and easier to manage.
